He was subsequently diagnosed with narrowing of one of the heart valves, the aortic valve. Replacing this heart valve is a very common procedure and is done surgically. Upon evaluating the case and ascertaining the high risk involved in the case, we decided to conduct a Trans Aortic Femoral Valve Replacement (TAVR) as we thought this would be the best approach for the patient.
Turp and Robotic-Assisted Bilateral Diverticulectomy Save Both the Ureters
A 65-year-old man came to Max Super Speciality Hospital, Patparganj, with a recurrent UTI, benign prostatic enlargement, and two big urinary bladder diverticuli of more than 1000-1400 ml capacity. One of the diverticuli was almost 10 cm in size. His uroflowmetry showed obstructed flow due to BPH (75 cc prostate).
