An 18-year-old male presented to the emergency with complaints of severe headache and multiple episodes of vomiting for 2 days. On initial assessment in the ER, he had a heart rate of 40 beats per minute. An urgent cardiac evaluation was done which was normal. His blood sugar level at the time of presentation was 85mg/dl for which 25% dextrose was started. In view of low blood sugar, despite dextrose administration, inj hydrocortisone was started and NCCT head was done which was normal.

The patient was operated on 1.5 years back outside for bilateral knee joint replacement. The patient walked well for six months, and then she was bedridden because of severe pain in both the knees and deformity.
TAVI with sentinel protection device
A 66-year-old male was admitted to Max Super Speciality Hospital, Shalimar Bagh. He had severe calcified aortic stenosis with LV dysfunction and was not a suitable candidate for surgical valve replacement. Successful management of syphilis in pregnancy
A 25-year-old woman, 30 weeks pregnant, visited Max Hospital, Shalimar Bagh, for safe confinement. Upon investigations, she and her husband's VDRL test was positive, which was reconfirmed by a positive Treponema Pallidum Haemagglutination (TPHA). There was no history of fever and lymphadenopathy, sore throat, or weight loss. Ultrasound scan indicated normal pregnancy.

Acquired Haemophilia: Unusual presentation of IgG4-related disease
A 67-year-old diabetic male with coronary artery disease on dual antiplatelets presented with left submandibular swelling. He had been unwell for the past many months with progressive renal failure, one episode of gastrointestinal bleeding and a pathological fracture of the right hip for which cemented hemiarthroplasty was done. Biopsies taken during upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and during arthroplasty showed reactive tissue at both sites. A renal biopsy was also advised but not done.
Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation (tdcs) : A novel non-invasive treatment for Tourette Syndrome
A 13-year-old boy studying in class 8th, resident of an urban area and belonging to lower middle-class socio-economic status, was referred by the Neurology Department to the Mental Health and Behavioural Sciences Department of Max Super Speciality Hospital, Dehradun, with complaints of vocal and motor tics for a year, along with hyperactivity and inattention. The tics were present in the form of head jerks, eye blinking, face grimaces, sning, spitting, shoulder jerks, limb jerks, and coprolalia, i.e., the use of abusive and obscene words.
