PET CT (Biograph Trinion EP Digital PET CT)

In 2024, Siemens Healthineers introduced the Biograph Trinion, its latest PET/CT scanner. The scanner’s detector is based on lutetium oxyortho silicate (LSO) crystal elements and delivers exceptional spatial resolution and an ultrafast time-of-flight performance of 239 picoseconds. This allows enhanced small lesion detectability and excellent sensitivity up to 128 cps/kBq for faster scans with reduced patient radiation exposure.
