The Moses Pulse Holmium Laser, specifically the Lumenis Pulse™ 120H, utilises a modulated optimised surgical energy system (MOSES) to improve the efficiency and safety of holmium laser lithotripsy. This innovative technology optimises laser pulse delivery by creating a vapour bubble through water separation, which directs the remaining energy towards the target stone. This results in more efficient stone fragmentation with minimised tissue damage.
