Prashant Singh is a dynamic and results-oriented technology leader spearheading the IT and digital transformation strategy at Max Healthcare. With over 30 years of progressive experience across the technology sector, — a significant portion of it devoted to healthcare IT, — he brings deep expertise in harnessing technology to elevate patient care, streamline clinical and operational workflows, and accelerate innovation. He has been instrumental in establishing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure across several of India’s leading healthcare facilities.

His journey in healthcare IT reflects a nuanced understanding of the sector’s unique challenges and opportunities. From pioneering the early adoption of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Hospital Information Systems (HIS) to architecting advanced digital solutions that have transformed core workflows in large, multi-site healthcare organisations, Prashant has consistently championed the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and improve patient outcomes.

In his current role as Senior Director & Chief Information Officer, Prashant leads IT readiness for the commissioning of new healthcare facilities across the group and oversees the full spectrum of IT and digital infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, and digital health initiatives. He has been instrumental in developing and deploying a robust digital health platform, strengthening data security protocols to safeguard patient privacy, integrating AI-powered tools for clinical diagnostics and patient management, and driving interoperability across disparate healthcare systems. His leadership fosters a culture of innovation and collaboration, positioning technology as a strategic enabler of Max Healthcare’s mission to deliver exceptional, patient-centric care. He remains firmly focused on leveraging data and emerging technologies to further personalise and optimise healthcare delivery.

Prior to joining Max Healthcare, Prashant held senior IT leadership roles at Paras Healthcare, Sri Balaji Action Medical Institute (Action Group), and Tirath Ram Shah Hospital (Triveni Engineering and Industries Ltd).
