Over the course of his distinguished career, Dr Gill has held key leadership positions with some of India's leading healthcare organisations, including Fortis Healthcare, CK Birla Group, and Sterling Hospital, Gujarat, where he served as Managing Director & CEO. He has successfully led large multi-speciality hospitals, driving operational efficiency, strengthening clinical governance, enhancing patient experience, and implementing sustainable growth strategies while maintaining the highest standards of quality and patient safety.
