Dr Mradul Kaushik

Dr Mradul Kaushik, Group Director - Operations and Planning & Chief Executive Officer (Cluster 1) of Max Healthcare, brings over 24 years of diverse leadership experience in the healthcare sector, covering hospital operations, infrastructure planning, projects, information technology, business development, service excellence, and quality management. At Max Healthcare, he spearheads strategic growth and drives operational excellence across the network.

Prior to Max Healthcare, Dr Kaushik was Director – Operations & Planning at Radiant Life Care Pvt. Ltd., where he oversaw BLK Super Speciality Hospital, Delhi, and Nanavati Super Speciality Hospital, Mumbai. In this role, he led both clinical and non-clinical functions, steered growth strategies, strengthened compliance and governance, and advanced service and operational excellence.

Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles with Fortis Healthcare, Medanta – The Medicity, Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, Sant Parmanand Hospital, and Max Healthcare Institute Ltd., contributing significantly to the operational transformation of these institutions.
