Brij Nandan Yadava

Brij Nandan Yadava has been appointed as a Director - Asset Development. He has over 33 years of rich leadership experience in real estate development, construction management, infrastructure and end to end asset lifecycle strategy. He has successfully led a multi-billion-dollar programme for diversified asset classes across India and Southeast Asia. His notable roles include leadership positions as Executive Director & VCO at DLF Group, where he was instrumental in managing over 300 million sq. ft. of real estate asset class. Delivered world class products/projects like Camellias, Crest, Horizon Center &  Cyberpark. Managed biggest due diligence of 30 million sq. ft. of rental asset class ($2 billion). 

Worked as a Country Director at Hill International USA, where he managed P&L, business development across 18 sectors. His last assignment was with Hero Reality, where he was Chief Operating Officer (Business & Operations). Another key contribution was creating a world class aviation infrastructure development of Delhi & Mumbai airport ($2 billion) & National game 2007 while working with Meinhardt Singapore.
