About Center

For most patients, the decision to travel to foreign shores for accessing good quality healthcare remains a leap of faith. Credible information and support available to be Able to reach out to a hospital/clinician of repute is fraught with unimaginable risks. Recognizing this challenge, Max Healthcare decided to set up a ‘Patient Assistance Centre’ (PAC) in Lagos, Nigeria to guide patients in their journey for better patient care. The Centre connects the patients with clinicians of repute over VC’s, helps them procure and understand treatment plans, advises them in their decision making, helps arrange travel documents and assists them in seamless transfer to the hospitals. The PAC also assists patients to stay in touch with their doctors for follow-ups, once they have safely returned to their countries.
